  • Not at all. We’re happy to collaborate directly with your CPA for tax prep and filings. If you don’t have one, we can refer you to someone from our trusted network. Either way, we help make year-end easier for everyone.

  • Yes—we work with businesses remotely across the country.
    That said, if you’re based in Santa Barbara, we offer in-person onboarding to make setup smoother. After that, we shift to remote support to keep things efficient and cost-effective.

  • Once we understand your current setup, we’ll organize your books, set up software (if needed), and walk you through how we’ll handle things moving forward. It’s designed to be smooth, quick, and collaborative.
